The Model Car Mafia of is a group of some of the best award-winning model car builders in the Phoenix, AZ. area. We are NOT a club, but a gathering of very good, long-time friends that love building model cars. We spend our gatherings building our models, passing tips on to one another and just getting into some plain ol' model car talk.
At one time we were all members of the local model car clubs and just felt that we were not getting what we wanted out of those organizations. So we started getting together for our "Build Sessions" and the Model Car Mafia was born.
We wanted to start spending our model car time by bettering our building skills and helping out other model car builders with this web site and our MCM Model Car Forum. We invite all to join up on our forum and use this web site for any model car help you can find. We will always post updates with tips and photos of our models.
We also take model car trips to shows, museums and anything automotive related that helps us all out with our quest for building better models. We like to document all of these and we will have pages on this site for your use in help you out with your models.
We also put on an event here in Phoenix called the ARIZONA NNL.
